What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is just 200 vouchers, which provides an ideal opportunity to learn first hand how custom gift vouchers can benefit your business.
Can I have more than one voucher type?
Yes, you can have as many different voucher values as you require within the total quantity. There is a £10 charge for each additional sort.
Who are your clients?
We provide custom gift vouchers for clients ranging from small independents right through to High Street chains, and pretty much everybody inbetween. Salons, spas, boutiques, photographers, garden centres, shops, activity centres, service providers and even councils are amongst our diverse client list. We still get surprised now and again by the nature of businesses who use gift vouchers to promote their services. We also work with Marketing and Design agencies to provide services to their clients. Do I have to have denominations printed on my vouchers?
Your vouchers can be for any service, product or denomination that you require. Just type "blank" if you would like us to leave a clear area to be filled in manually.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes, and there is no additional charge for doing so. Please download our templates available in Artwork Guidelines above.
What about terms and conditions?
A standard set of terms and conditions is printed on the back of the voucher. You can choose to amend them to suit your own requirements.
Can I see a proof of my voucher first?
Yes, when you have finished configuring your voucher, you can choose to receive a free proof before proceeding to payment. If you select 'PROOF', you will receive a PDF proof via email within 24 hours. If you decide to pay for your order at that time, you will still receive a PDF proof. When you are happy with this proof, you can log back in to the site, approve the proof and confirm and pay for your complete order.
How long will it take to print my vouchers?
You will receive an email proof of your custom gift voucher within 1 working day of sending your order. Depending on the quantity of vouchers ordered, we will despatch your order within 5-10 working days.

Can I reorder online?
Yes, you can easily place your order online, even if you didn't place your original order via our website. For all orders placed on our new site (2016 onwards) just log in to your account, select a previous order, make any changes and submit. If you do not have a password, just enter the email address (the one you used to place your order) at our login page, and click the ‘Forgotten your password’ link. You will receive a temporary password via email to access your account.
