Gift vouchers are a very powerful marketing and customer retention tool, that can be applied to a wide variety of situations. There are many ways you could use them:
Provide vouchers for gifting purposes
It not only locks the potential purchases into your business, but can often result in unused vouchers going straight to the bottom line.
Perhaps give a voucher to an existing customer who refers a new customer to you.
Send a voucher to past customers who haven't made a purchase for some time to encourage them to come back.
Send out vouchers to existing customers and past enquirers offering them money off vouchers. Each redemption can be tracked to the original voucher number.
