Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes. Please download our templates on the right below. Select "Gift Vouchers" from the product category on the left and choose the "Your Artwork" design. Enter your voucher details and upload your artwork in the Upload section of the configuration page. Please ensure that any scanned images are of sufficient resolution for printing, and take account of the preprinted features on the reverse.
Do I have to have denomination values on my vouchers?
Your vouchers can be for any service, product or denomination that you require. Enter the service or product that the voucher is for, or type "blank" if you would like us to leave a clear area to be filled in manually.
What about terms and conditions?
A standard set of terms and conditions is printed on the back of the voucher. You can choose to amend them to suit your own requirements.
Can I see a proof of my voucher before I commit to payment?
When you have added your vouchers to your basket, you will be asked whether you wish to see your free proof before proceeding to payment. If you select 'PROOF', you will receive a PDF proof via email within 48 hours. When you are happy with this proof, you can log back in to the site, approve the proof and confirm and pay for your complete order. If you decide to pay for your order at that time, you will still receive a PDF proof. Please note that we will not proceed with production until this has been approved via email.
How long will it take to print my vouchers?
You will receive an email proof of your vouchers within 2 working days of sending your order. On approval of the proof, we will despatch your printed vouchers within 7 working days.

How do I send you my logo?
You can upload your logo on the voucher configuration page. Please ensure that the quality of your logo is suitable for printing. If you do not have your logo in a suitable format for uploading, then please feel free to send us a compliment slip or a letterhead and we will scan it free of charge.
